What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties) Conduct complex, fast-moving investigations involving crypto assets and cyber issues. Developing investigative or litigation plans and adjusting as appropriate during the course of an investigation. Develop innovative solutions to address issues and problems or involve novel or unexplored questions of law or policy. Engage with regulators and external partners by providing thought leadership and strategic direction on novel digital currency legal and regulatory issues. May participate in all aspects of litigation in federal court and administrative proceedings. What We Look for in You BASIC REQUIREMENT: ALL APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING: You should have a legal degree from a recognized institution. An active member of the bar in good standing. MUST-HAVE: Applicants must have at least four (2) years of post Staj work experience independently identifying legal issues, providing legal analyses, providing legal solutions/recommendations, and preparing legal documents. Also includes at least two years: (1) Analyzing complex legal and factual issues; and (2) Conducting investigations and developing recommendations relating to crypto and digital asset issues; and (3) Conducting civil cases and proceedings before administrative law judges ; and (4) Experience in and understanding of various aspects of cryptocurrency law and litigation and complex e-discovery issues required ; and (5) Experience handling regulatory and enforcement matters and prior relationships with relevant regulators and other relevant state and federal agencies.
